Alchemist's Conundrum

This is a number wizard guessing game. An apprentice alchemist takes her final test to graduate and become a fully fledged alchemist.  Help her decide how many grams of each reactant is needed to complete the proper reaction.  Decide from 1-1000 grams.  You have 10 attempts to guess the correct gram amount on each reactant.
